Our Board
The company is run by a Board of Directors who are responsible for determining the vision and strategic direction of the company. Our Board are all volunteers and includes tenants, council nominees and independent members with relevant experience in areas such as social housing, financial management and employment matters.
Our Board meets five times a year. Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings and ask questions. Dates of meetings, agendas and papers are published on our website.

The Board is supported by four committees where Board Members look at issues in more detail, make decisions and recommendations to the Board. Our four committees concentrate on specific areas of the service, namely:
• Corporate Services;
• Neighborhood Services;
• Technical Services; and
• Audit and Standards.
