What Do We Manage
Six Town Housing is managed by a Board of 17 Directors and employs over 120 staff. We manage an annual revenue budget of over £12m, a capital budget in excess of £4.5m and deliver services directly and through service level agreements, contracts and partnerships.
We manage:
- 8383 homes as of 1st April 2007
- 277 leaseholder properties
- 31 shops
- 411 garages
Key information about our stock:
- 17% of our properties do not meet the Government’s Decent Homes Standard.
- 783 homes were let during the last financial year.
- 309 of these were advertised using the Council’s Choice Based Letting system.
- The remaining 474 were let to general needs applicants.
