Suggestion Scheme
Tell us what you think!
If you have a good idea about how our services could be improved, we want to know!
This scheme gives you the opportunity to put your ideas forward, with prizes for the best suggestions.
How does the scheme work?
Every suggestion made will be considered by the Customer Service and Diversity committee.
You will get a full reply evaluating your suggestion.
Gift vouchers up to the value of £50 will be awarded for the best ideas.
A prize worth £100 will be presented to the customer who makes the best suggestion during the year.
What kind of suggestions can be made?
Any suggestion to improve the service given by Six Town Housing can be made.
Examples of suggestions might be ideas on how things could be more efficient, with less waste, or new services that could be offered.
Suggestions about your own home are not eligible, unless they involve the whole neighbourhood in which you live.
Who can take part?
All Six Town Housing customers can take part in the scheme.
