Facts Figures and Performance
Performance Information
Six Town Housing constantly strives to improve on ways that we deliver services to meet the need of our customers. We are committed to managing, monitoring and reporting our performance and believe that an open and accessible policy helps drive the company to continuous service improvement.
We measure our performance in a number of ways:
• Best Value Performance Indicators – BVPIs: are set by the government and provide information on how we are performing in a variety of key areas.
• Local Performance Indicators: are set by us and measure areas that we feel are central to our customers.
We believe our customers should be at the heart of everything that we do. As a result we will involve customers in developing and monitoring our services, this will ensure that we can measure, demonstrate and publish our achievements in an easily accessible and understandable format. For details on how we do this please see the Getting Involved section of our website by using the link above.
