Involvement agreements and strategies

Our Tenant Participation Agreement sets out agreed standards of involvement for tenants, leaseholders and community groups across Bury. It also describes opportunities for participation and support available. The agreement has been developed by tenants, staff and councillors. Neighbourhood Charters

We can assist tenant and resident groups to produce a Neighbourhood Charter for their estate. The charter details acceptable behaviour, rights, responsibilities and expectations for those living in that area, including the roles of the local service providers. It is an effective way of involving the local community and to monitor services in a particular area.
