Head of Repairs & Maintenance
Salary: PO19-22 (£42,834 – £45,391) (subject to Job Evaluation)
Hours: 37 per week (Flexible working)
Location: BURY
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative manager to lead our repairs and maintenance service. We have a team of experienced officers and operatives who deliver a quality repairs service to our customers and we are looking for an manager with significant experience in this field to lead this team on a path of continual improvement. If you are an experienced manager with a track record of driving performance improvement in a repairs environment and have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a vision and passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.

Programme Manager
Salary: PO 10 – 13 £34,976 - £37,555 (subject to Job Evaluation)
Hours: 37 per week (Flexible working)
Location: BURY
The delivery of our decent homes programme is well underway and we are seeking an experienced manager to lead the team who are managing these works. Through our capital programme we will invest £30 million over the next three years, so we a looking for a strong manager to lead in the delivery of this. If you have significant experience of property management and can demonstrate a successful track record of managing building contracts to specifications both traditional procurement and partnership schemes together with the experience, commitment and enthusiasm to take on this rewarding role, we would like to hear from you.
