12 Months Fixed term
Salary: Circa £37,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 37 per week

Six Town Housing are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us in the temporary role of HR Manager.

We are striving to improve our HR services to meet the needs of our changing organisation and want you to join us in reviewing our staffing structures and HR policies and practices to ensure they are in line with best practice and support our organisational aims.

MCIPD qualified, you will have experience of managing a HR team and providing support and advice in relation to, employee relations, attendance management, recruitment and selection and HR procedures such as discipline and grievance. You will be highly committed to improving the HR services of the organisation and able to lead on large scale projects in particular the implementation of Job Evaluation and a wholesale review of terms and conditions of employment.

Working to the Director of Corporate Services you must be able to act as a stand-alone HR professional and provide senior level advice to the Executive Management Team and Board.
