Annual report

We are currently planning our annual report for tenants which will be published in October 2010.
The annual report is a key component of the regulatory framework recently introduced by the Tenant Services Authority and within it we will be reporting on:
How we are currently meeting the new national standards
Note any gaps and associated improvements
Set out our plans for developing locally tailored offers
We would like to take the earliest opportunity to find out what you want from the report – what is in it and how it looks. This will then help us decide on the content and format of the report so please email enquiries@sixtownhousing.org by 6th August 2010 and let us know your comments
