Are you in arrears with your rent or struggling to make ends meet?
Following on from our successful campaign last year to reduce the level of rent arrears, we are continuing to provide free help and advice to all our customers who are struggling financially.
You don't have to owe us rent to benefit from our services - they are open to all tenants and leaseholders.
We can:
- make sure you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to you;
- tell you about the easy ways to pay your rent;
- advise you on how to get cheaper credit, through East Lancs Money Line;
- give you advice on our low cost household insurance scheme; and
- give you advice on how to clear your debts.
