We constantly strive to improve the way that we deliver services. We collect lots of information to check how well we are doing and to spot where we need to improve. We set tough targets to keep us aiming high and have a range of
service standards in place which set out the standards of service you can expect to receive.
We measure our performance in a number of ways. This includes using statistics known as ‘performance indicators’ which are also used by other Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and Councils. This allows us to compare how well we are doing against others. We compare our performance against the best in the country. We also use customer feedback, complaints and the results of mystery shopping exercises to improve the services we provide.
