What can you expect from us?
Six Town Housing has developed a range of new service standards for the services we provide. These standards have been developed following consultation with our customers and tell you what you can expect from our staff and the contractors we use. Documents are Adobe Acrobat (pdf) files. We recognise that some customers may wish to make a complaint about the service they have received. Details on how you can do this can be found
here.
We will ensure we monitor the services we provide against the standards we have set. This will be done on a regular basis by our services inspectors who are trained to carry out mystery shopping exercises on our behalf.
