Freedom of Information Publication Scheme leaflet	A publication scheme is a guide to the information that we publish or intend to publish in the future, whether on paper, over the internet or by other means.
Allocation policy	Details the criteria used by the Council to prioritise rehousing applications and the policy for letting properties.	Annually
Customer Excellence Charter	Provides details on our approach to customer care and standards you can expect to receive when you contact us.	Annually
Service Standards	Set out specific standards you can expect to receive from us when you contact us about a particular service.	Annually
Anti-Social behaviour Statement of Policy and procedure	Provides information on our approach to tackling anti-social behaviour.	Annually
Hate Crime	Provides information on how we deal with complaints of racial harassment.	Every two years
Capital Programme: September 2007 - March 2011	Provides details of our investment plans to improve our homes and the local neighbourhood for the coming future years.	Annually

Tenant & Resident Participation Strategy	Sets out our vision for tenant and resident participation and the key action that we will take to encourage people to get involved in developing, monitoring and managing the service.	Once every five years. Action plan reviewed annually.
Tenant Participation Agreement	Provides details on the agreement we have negotiated with tenants, enabling them to influence and shape the decisions made by the board of Six Town Housing.	Every two years.
Tenants training programme	Provides details of the training opportunities available to T.R.A. representatives and individual tenants.	Annually
Tenants Handbook	Provides useful information to tenants on the services provided by Six Town Housing, tenants and leaseholders.	Every two years
Leaseholders Handbook	Provides useful information to leaseholders on the services provided by Six Town Housing, tenants and leaseholders.	Annually
Tenant and Resident Associations (T.R.A.'s)	Provides information on all of the tenant and resident associations working in the Borough.	Annually
Starter pack for new T.R.A.'s	Provides useful information to tenants and residents who wish to form a T.R.A.	Annually
Housing news and Views newsletter	Provides key information about new initiatives and the work done by Six Town Housing, tenants and leaseholders.	Every six months

Audit Commission Inspection Report	The Audit Commission Inspection Report on the quality of service provided by Six Town Housing, January 2006.
Housing Revenue Account Business Plan	This business plan outlines how we will manage the Council's homes over the next 30 years and how this will be financed.
Equality Strategy 2008 - 2011	This strategy sets out our commitment and how we will take forward our work in this critical area over the next three years. Our strategy is underpinned by an equality and diversity action plan.
