What can you expect from us?

We also recognise that some customers may wish to make a complaint about the service they have received. Details on how you can do this can be found by on our Complaints, comments and customer services pages .
We will ensure we monitor the services we provide against the standards we have set. This will be done on a regular basis by our services inspectors who are trained to carry out mystery shopping exercises on our behalf.
