We are committed to supporting victims of domestic violence and will offer appropriate help when asked to do so. This can include arranging emergency rehousing or making referrals to other agencies who may be able to help, such as refuges and the Police Domestic Violence unit. We will normally only take enforcement action where this is the only option available after consultation with the Police Domestic Violence.
