Definition
"There are many different variations of anti social behaviour or noise nuisance and these come from a number of different sources, however, Six Town Housing identifies anti social behaviour or noise nuisance as behaviour which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm, distress, harm or fear that affects someone's life or the environment they live in. This behaviour may be caused by tenants, residents or visitors to properties or areas."
