All grassed verges on estates are managed by Leisure Services and complaints can be reported direct to 0161 253 5353.  In the event that the complaint is received to housing services, a report would be sent to the area manager or supervisor for that area. 

Other estate issues are dealt with by the neighbourhood caretaker responsible for each area and can be reported by contacing us or using our on line report a problem form.

Littered estates and rubbish dumped in gardens put people off moving to your neighbourhood.
As a result estates begin to look tired and neglected. You can do something about this by contacting the Community Involvement Team to find out if your local Tenants Group have arranged a clean up day.

Clean up days are usually held at weekends so everyone can help. Skips and all equipment needed is provided so you and your community can help remove rubbish from problem areas. Local children usually become involved as these days are fun and sometimes rewards are given to those who join in!
