- To carry out visits after new tenants have moved into their home to ensure they have settled in and to deal with any problems they may have.
- To carry out regular estate inspections with tenants and local councillors.
- To provide a comprehensive estate management service to a defined area dealing with such issues as untidy gardens, abandoned cars, clearance of fly-tipping and any other issues that may arise.
- To deal with abandoned properties.
- To help the gas servicing contractor gain access to homes where they have been unable to do so to.
- To process tenancy changes such as mutual exchanges, successions and assignments.
