It's important that rent and service charge payments are made on time because they pay for the services we provide. For example, they pay for the repairs we do to your home.

We recognise that some people can experience financial difficulties during their tenancy. 

We provide a wide range of services to help people pay their rent on time and avoid getting into rent arrears. These include offering a range of ways to pay rent, help with completing applications for housing benefit and free information and advice.
