Furnished tenancies

We are able to offer partly furnished tenancies to help single people and families set up their home.

Our furniture package includes fitted carpets, curtains, vinyl flooring, roller blinds plus an electrical cooker and fridge freezer.

A weekly service charge is made for this service. You may be able to get help to pay for this if you are eligible for housing benefit. If you are not in receipt of housing benefit, we can check whether you are entitled. Alternatively, you can use the on-line benefit calculator to check yourself (this will take you to Bury Council's website).
