Six Town Housing's tenant led Customer Review Group has picked up an award for their work influencing how Communications are delivered to others.

The group picked up the award at this year's Customer Scrutiny Inspection (CSI) Awards after suggesting improvements to Six Town Housing's letters, telephone service, the design of documents - including the recent Annual Report - and more.

Members of the group and other tenants attended the award ceremony on October 27th 2016, including Customer Review Group chair Helena Donegan, Mick Hilton, Andy Miller, Freda Gregory and Marlene Dawson.

The group were also highly commended for their work scrutinising Anti Social Behaviour services. Customer Involvement Lead Carran O'Grady dedicated the acceptance of this to Customer Chair Brenda Headley, who passed away this year.

Helena Donegan said of the evening, "It was an amazing achievement of our partnership work with Six Town Housing."
