From 1 February 2024, Bury Council is responsible for managing and maintaining all council homes previously supported by Six Town Housing.

We are able to offer partly furnished tenancies to help single people and families set up their home.
Our furniture package includes fitted carpets, curtains, vinyl flooring, roller blinds plus an electrical cooker and fridge freezer. A weekly service charge is made for this service.
You may be able to get help to pay for this if you are eligible for housing benefit.
