When you report your repair, we will offer you an appointment that is convenient to you. You can choose an appointment for any week day (Monday to Friday) either in the morning (between 8am and 12pm) or in the afternoon (between 12.30pm and 6pm).

The first appointment time we offer you will be within the deadline time for the type of repair you want doing.

We will not offer you an appointment if:

● The job you have requested is an emergency;

● We do not need access to your home; or

● The job you need doing is a planned maintenance repair. This is because we batch such jobs together and do them all at once. The job will be done within the timescale we have set. We will contact you once we know the exact date.

Please make sure someone over the age of 16 is at home at the appointment time and make sure you ask the operative for identification. All our staff carry ID cards with their photos on. If in doubt, contact us

Please contact us if you need to change your appointment.

If you are not at home when we call, we will leave you a card to let you know. The repair will be cancelled so you will need to contact us again to re-order the job.
