From 1 February 2024, Bury Council is responsible for managing and maintaining all council homes previously supported by Six Town Housing.

The Council have launched a new resource to support those struggling with heating during the cost-of-living crisis.
‘Warm Spaces’ are in the heart of local communities where people can find a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment to enjoy refreshments, social activity, get information and advice, be in the company of other people and stay healthy and well.
They can be found here and are a key part of our Cost of Living and Anti-Poverty Strategy.
