Homes within the Elms neighbourhood in Bury are set to receive new roof tiles, facia boards, guttering, rainwater pipes and a top up of loft insulation where required.
The work will commence from 20th January until 30th March 2020 and will be carried out on behalf of Six Town Housing by contractor WRPS. 24 homes on Ripon Avenue and 53 homes on Ripon Close will receive the refurbishments, which includes 10 leaseholder properties.
