Customer Review Group - June Update

June was a really busy month for the Customer Review Group. A Business Manager gave them the headlines of the response to a survey about how people feel about repairs, homes and their neighbourhood.

They got the opportunity to ask lots of questions and the business managers will prepare an action plan which will be shared with the group and published later this summer. It’s important to note that the 13 customers who were unsure about their smoke alarms working had been contacted immediately and they were working as normal.

Another highlight this month for the group was finding out about a brand-new Tenant Support Team. This will support our most vulnerable tenants who are not receiving support. They had lots to discuss about active community workers. Take up of this service will be reported to the group later this year.
