May has been a very busy month for the Customer Review Group. Over 450 people took part in the Repairs and Upgrade survey, and they will be meeting with mangers to look at the issues that are most important to tenants to see what managers can plan for the future. 

This month, the group visited empty properties with the team responsible for making them fit to let. They saw what work that goes into getting homes ready to let and the group are working on an empty property checklist called a Void Standard. 

The group also met with a Six Town Housing (STH) manager to look at the changing pattern in the way people contact STH from calling to using the Customer App. A survey is live now asking tenants how you normally contact us, how you would like to contact us in the future and how contacting us online could offer you improved service. Managers will develop a Digital Offer looking at what tenants want, such as being able to book and track requests online.
