Six Town Housing Customer Review Group have finished a 6-month piece of work updating a Home Standard. 

They have made recommendations to Six Town Housing management about the standard of homes ready to let, making tenants aware of the standard and improving customer feedback about the standard of our properties when people move into their new home. When people are offered a new home, they will be sent a new link to something called a Home Standard. This is a checklist of the standard of rooms in the home to expect before moving in.

Chair of Customer Review Group, Helena Donegan, said, “This work has taken time and we hope to report more. It’s really important that new tenants know what the standard of property is and it’s important to go back to new tenants to ask if the property standard was good and, if not, why? We hope this will improve communication and customer satisfaction with tenants”.
