Our Customer Review Group is made up of tenants who meet monthly with Six Town Housing Directors and Managers to review services and performance and make improvement recommendations.
The group have recently completed a review of the Neighbourhood Caretaking team and have developed a caretaking offer of what services are expected and have asked for them to publish the communal cleaning block dates on the website. You can find this information here.
Helena Donegan, Chair of the Customer Review Group, said, “I’ve been chairing the group for 10 years and my passion hasn’t gone for tenants receiving great service and great customer care. For the year ahead, we will be looking at empty properties and complaints.”
