At Six Town Housing, we value the communities that you, our tenants, live in. That’s why we have a dedicated team of Tenant Engagement Advisors who work to make communities across Bury a better place for tenants.

We’d like to introduce our Tenant Engagement Advisors so you can find out who works in your area.

Covers Neighbourhoods in Radcliffe and the Retirement Living and Extra Care schemes Redbank, Waverly Place and Moorfield.

Jane Straccia

Covers Neighbourhoods in Bury East and North Manor/Ramsbottom and the Retirement Living and Extra Care schemes Falcon and Griffin, Harwood House, Taylor, Mosses and Wellington House.

Here’s some of what the team do:

  • Set up and support community groups to deliver local projects to help tackle a range of issues such as, social isolation, cost of living, community cohesion, environmental, ASB.
  • Deliver free training opportunities (Both accredited and non-accredited courses)
  • Develop volunteers to make a difference in their community
  • Provide a collective voice for tenants to shape housing services
  • Provide engagement support and activities within our Schemes
