Money Matters

If you’re struggling financially, we can point you in the right direction.

Our staff are trained to offer advice and information about welfare benefits that you may be entitled to and can help if you have fallen behind with your rent. We can also help you if you are trying to get back into work and can refer you on to specialist organisations if needed. This includes the debt and welfare advice service we fund through the Citizens’ Advice Bureau and supporting tenants to access affordable credit and saving facilities through Manchester Credit Union.

In addition to the above, we work closely with tenants and resident’s associations and other community groups who can help with things such as food, grant applications and other services in your local area. So far this year, we have helped hundreds of tenants claims benefits and grants that they are entitled to. We also continue to support community groups that are providing critical services and activities in your local area.

Our team can offer personal support and advice to help you out of rent arrears or general money struggles. Contact us here and we will get in touch with you soon.
