We have been notably commended in the category of ‘Best for Flexible Work’ at the first ever Greater Manchester Good Employment Awards. The winner was Dunsters Farm. The winners were announced at a ceremony at Etc. Venues in Manchester on Thursday 3 March hosted by Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.

The Awards recognise excellent employment practice amongst Greater Manchester employers. The ‘Best for Flexible Work’ category celebrates the commitment to good employment, and to making a difference in creating flexible, inclusive working schedules, whilst striving for better working conditions across the region.

Sharon McCambridge, Chief Executive at Six Town Housing, said:

“We are delighted to be acknowledged in this category – our dedicated teams have truly gone above and beyond and continue to make a difference to deliver excellent services to our customers by finding flexible, inclusive and new ways of working. Congratulations to the winners Dunsters Farm.”

Last December, STH became a member of the Good Employment Charter. As a Member, STH are committed to providing work that is secure, flexible and fairly paid, ensuring our employees are developed, well-managed and engaged, with their health and well-being a top priority.
