Six Town Housing have commissioned Pennington Choices to undertake a survey of its current housing stock. Surveys will take place from September 2021 and will enable Six Town Housing to plan what type of works programmes will be required in the future. Around 1600 properties will be involved in the survey. Pennington Choices will contact customers selected to take part in the Survey directly.
The survey will comprise of a brief inspection (including photographs) of the properties, looking at the external features, internal fixtures and systems to establish their condition and future maintenance needs.
