Woodies Men In Sheds - a group who support people in communities by making or repairing items using recycled wood and providing volunteering opportunities - are now operational at Chesham Fold Community Centre every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am - 2pm.
The group are working following social distancing guidelines and have recently received money from The National Lottery to get mobile and be able to work out in the community. This will enable them to access a van - or similar - and portable tools so they won't need electric power on site to complete work.
The group plans to offer a local service for people who want small jobs completing as well as larger tasks for other community groups.
