Community Heroes 2021 illustration - is there a hero in your community?

This year's Community Heroes Awards will take the form of a Facebook broadcast on Thursday 18th March at 7pm.

You can follow our events page on Facebook here for alerts and announcements, including information on how you can tune in on the night. Please use the page to invite anyone you think might want to watch too.

We recieved 54 nominations in total, several of which were for the same groups or individuals. Thank you for taking the time to let us know just how much these wonderful people are valued.

All those who have been nominated and those who nominated them will be sent a pack ahead of the awards that includes information about the event plus treats to enjoy whilst watching the broadcast. We will also be running a raffle during the event with a chance of winning one of our wonderful hampers. Raffle tickets will be included in the event packs - please keep these in a safe place.

As well as recognition at the event, a winner in each category is set to recieve a £100 shopping voucher and trophy,
