The Scheme 

Tottington is approximately 5 miles from Bury Town Centre, with a small bus terminus with regular bus routes into Bury Town Centre. There are a number of local shops including butchers, hairdressers, library, medical centre and a supermarket close by. There are also various places of worship nearby.


The Flats 

The scheme comprises of 28 studio flats.

All flats benefit from;

The modern communal areas have been newly decorated with complimentary carpets, curtains and seating and the lounges and communal kitchen can be used by all the residents.

Various activities are held in the communal lounge including coffee mornings, bingo and days out. The lounges can also be used for individual or group celebrations such as parties. Residents have the choice of getting as involved as they wish to in these activities.

Communal Grounds are maintained by the council leaving you to enjoy the garden without worrying about weeding and mowing the lawns. The grounds can also be a setting for getting together and enjoying the sunshine.

There are on site laundry facilities for use by all occupiers within the scheme, a lift for access to all floors and a guest room which can be used by visiting relatives. All the schemes have free parking for residents and visitors.


The Cost 

The rent at Harwood House is currently £98.87 per week and includes the amenity charges, heating, management and support charges.

Where properties on the scheme differ in size and layout there will be an increase in the rent amount.
