Top o’th Fields is located within the Besses area of Whitefield close to Bury and Manchester. The bus stops and local Besses o’th’ barn tram stop are close by. The Cost
The rent at Top o’th Fields is currently £102.48 per week and includes the amenity charges, heating, management and support charges.
Where properties on the scheme differ in size and layout there will be an increase in the rent amount.
