Top O'Th Fields is a Retirement Living Scheme situated in Whitefield. The properties are self contained properties with a kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and one bedroom. There is a communal lounge area, where tenants can attend coffee mornings, bingo and social activities. There are also a laundry room and quiet area, which has a library for tenants to use.

The Top O'Th Fields scheme also has a Carelink Facility and the Support at Home Service visit on a daily basis, between Monday and Friday, to carry out a welfare check. They can sign post tenants to support, if needed, or help them in cases of emergency. Each flat has an intercom door security system, and emergency pull cords.

The scheme is located near a local supermarket, on a bus route to Whitefield Centre, Bury Interchange and Prestwich Centre. It is also located near to the metrolink and motorway.

Properties have electric heaters and there is no gas. There is a heating charge and tenants are responsible for electricity, water and other bills whilst at this scheme.

You may be entitled to Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit to live at the scheme. Your Property Advisor will be able to help with these forms. This will cover all the support and amenity charges.
