Hello, I’m Jane Straccia, Tenant Engagement Advisor at Six Town Housing and our in-house qualified Menopause Support Coach.
On Satursday 11th November, I attended an event that focused on how we can support women within our communities and make menopause mainstream. It was great to be able to connect with professionals and other Menopause specialists from across the country
Shelley Caulfield and myself are looking at running more sessions between now and March 2024. Please do come along as these are free and would like to learn about cardiovascular health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), nutrition, sleep, and coping strategies.
All events take place at Castle Leisure Centre, Bury, Room D
