From this, we have implemented many improvements including taking a more proactive approach when updating customers and working closely with partners to resolve issues in our neighbourhoods.

These surveys are sent during the same month you started your tenancy, for example, if you signed for your tenancy on 15th November 2021 then you should receive your survey in November.

Once you’ve completed the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher so don’t miss out!
