In January, we visited residents in their community to discuss issues that matter to them and how we can resolve these in partnership with our new colleagues.
These events gave tenants the chance to ask any questions and raise any concerns they have about the service we provide. We received some great feedback and many issues were reported and addressed as a result.
Kim Ryan-Dooner, Tenant Engagement Manager, said, “It’s been fantastic to be out in our communities speaking to many of you. Around 100 of you welcomed us at different places and we have hopefully reassured you that it’s business as usual with the Housing Services going back into Bury Council and we will continue to provide updates to you in our usual way.”
