Find out more here: Six Town Housing Update

Letters have been sent to all tenants this week, informing them of the rent increase. If you have not received this already you will receive this in the next few days.

If you claim housing benefits, we will notify the housing benefit team of your new rent amount. The housing benefit team will then write to you to confirm your new award in the coming weeks. If you have any other changes of circumstance, please notify the housing benefit team directly here.

If you claim universal credit, it is important that you update your journal on Monday 1st April. Please do not update before this date as it will not be valid for your new rent charge.

If you do not update the universal credit of your new rent amount, they will not change the amount they pay and you will incur arrears which universal credit will not cover.  You can contact them here.

We know many may be struggling with the cost of living, if you are worried about covering the cost of everyday living expenses, please visit Cost of Living Support - Bury Council or contact us for further support.

If you have any questions, you can contact us here.
